Three Mobile receives fewer complaints

Three Mobile received the fewest customer complaints in the first quarter of 2014, according to the latest Ofcom report. 

The mobile operator had just 0.04 complaints per 1,000 customers, almost equalling to O2 who also received the same statistic. 

This is the first time Three Mobile has received the least complaints since Ofcom began publishing the reports in April 2011, showing significant improvements to their services. 

Unfortunately for EE, they received 0.12 customer complaints per 1,000, making them the most complained about mobile operator in the UK. 

The average for complaints in the mobile industry is 0.06. 

Other networks also received more complaints than Three, with Vodafone receiving 0.05 and Virgin Mobile with 0.07.

In a previous report, which recorded the level of complaints between October and December 2013, EE received 0.13 complaints showing that the rival mobile operator has only just marginally improved.

Three and O2 were also neck-and-neck in the previous report, with both scoring 0.03 respectively.

Although Three is slightly behind EE with their 4G rollout, it appears their customer service is definitely on top form.
